I met up with Markus today, my pal who's doing the graphics for the game. This brought about a good thing and a bad thing:

He showed me the backgrounds he's made for one of the levels, and a bunch of units - and they're awesome! Check out the images! It's such a great feeling when you suddenly have a bunch of awesome custom graphics to smack onto your code. The general feeling is: this is gonna be great. And you haven't even seen half of what we've accomplished yet :D.

The bad thing is... that he's going to Norway for a month and a half to work and make a bunch of money. Leaving tomorrow. Eeh, so the game will crawl along slowly for half the summer before we can really get into the fray. So that kinda sucks. We'll more time for me with my other project (and those are a bunch too, I tell you).

Also on a side note, I've been feeling a mouse arm since last weekend for the first time of my life, and it sucks! Gotta take some time seriously away from computers and rehab, bah...
